Allows you to create your own news groups and host them on your computer. Authenication based on any combination of IP address and/or username and password allows you to control access on a group-by-group basis. Very simple to use - all administration can be done through a special control panel applet. Messages are compressed to save disk space, and a message cleaner utility is provided to allow inappropriate messages to be removed.
To allow as many people as possible to read your news groups in whatever way suits them best, MPNews PRO allows your news groups to be accessed through a web interface. This still requires the appropriate authentication from the user, and messages can be read and posted as from a standard news reader. The style of the web interface can be completely customized through the use of an XSLT template.
