ArKaos VJ 3 is offering an innovative way to edit and manipulate a visual performance while it is running - something that has not been possible before. ArKaos VJ is a software-based visual synthesizer that runs on a normal PC or Mac. It is a tool for VJs or visual artists to create and control amazing live visual performances. It is used by thousands of users all around the world, and can be seen running on large displays at clubs, concerts, corporate events and more. The ArKaos VJ can also be used as a powerful multimedia authoring tool, being so easy to use that for example musicians can create their own music videos in only a few minutes. Version 3 is now able to render in 32bit colors: it provides a much better visual quality. This mode also allows working with an alpha channel from the source. Also you can now connect all your favorite video sources and display them through arKaos VJ (even with an effect). Thanks to the transfer modes you can combine your visuals together by using some masks (Luma keying, Chroma keying,..) and copy modes (Addition, Subtraction) to produce a lot of different display effects. With the Flash Texts you can display on-screen messages thanks to customizable Flash animations with editable text. It's an ideal performing tool with customizable effects and flexible control with the double monitoring management. ArKaos VJ is fully compatible with the last versions of Mac OS X and Windows XP. The software installs in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish. A separate Japanese installer is available from the download page.
