Tool which allows the suer to present survey or questionnaire items to respondents on a computer and measures both their item responses and the reaction time to each item. Presentation screen includes an item, a cue, a set of response alternatives and response buttons. A locked control panel allows for adjustment of item list, response alternatives, cue, creation of a new data file, use of the reaction time feature, and code to open the control panel. Output is to a comma-delimited text file.
